CHECK IN PROCEDURES
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Passengers not present within five (5) minutes of departure may be denied boarding.

RESERVATION POLICIES
Confirmation: To confirm your seats, Payments must be received in full by cash, check or credit card prior to flight. Reservations not confirmed will be considered standby.

Baggage Limitations: You are allowed two (2) checked bags per person totaling 40 pounds in combined weight. A 50-cent per pound charge will be assessed to overweight items.

Cancellations/Changes: Must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure. Any changes made within 72 hours of departure will be assessed a $20 dollar change fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable, but are valid for up to 90 days from the date of issue. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable/non-refundable.

Air Freight: Air freight can be shipped between Honolulu and Moloka’i, and between Moloka’i and Maui for 50 cents per pound with a minimum charge of $20.00. Please call prior to flight for arrangements, or for rates between other destinations.

Infants: Due to Federal Aviation Regulations, an accompanied adult may carry an infant under the age of 24 months and/or no more than 30 pounds. Please provide proof of age at check-in.
